Illustrated with scenes from the 1930 black and white talking film A Lady Surrenders directed by John M. Stahl and starring Conrad Nagel, Basil Rathbone, and Genevieve Tobin. Mach Tey dustjacket art. An interesting Jazz Age novel of social introspection of a man who lived with a woman after his wife left him but whom he never divorced. An uncommon title.
